Shipping

At TouchFix there are a number of rules for shipments (see returns below)


Shipping methods

At TouchFix we currently ship with PostNL and UPS, and with DHL Express.
In addition to sending, there is also the option to collect your order, reserve or add it to your previous order.

On this page the current shipping costs are calculated.

We only use PostNL and UPS for orders within the Netherlands and Belgium.
If your order is confirmed on working days (Mon-Fri) before 18:45h or on Saturday before 17:00h, we will send it out the same day. In 99.9% of cases it will be delivered the next working day.
There is also the option to have your order guaranteed to be delivered before 12:00, 10:00 or 09:00. See the current delivery costs in the check-out.

Collection Of course, collection is also possible. When shipping, choose collection and your order will be ready immediately.

We are normally open from Monday to Friday from 10:00h to 12:30h and 13:00h to 19:00h
On Saturdays we are open from 12:00h to 17:00h

We use UPS and DHL Express for all other countries. The order must be confirmed before 15:30h (UPS) or 17:45h (DHL) to be sent on the same day. 

We currently offer the following shipping options:

DHL Express Economy Select Austria, Belgium, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal.

UPS Standard - Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, France, England, Denmark, Italy, Czech Republic, Poland, Austria, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Portugal, Sweden, Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia , Slovakia, Monaco, Cyprus, Andorra, Norway, Liechtenstein, San Marino and Switzerland.

UPS Express Saver - Luxembourg, Germany, England, Ireland, Austria, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, Monaco, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Cyprus, Malta, Albania, Belarus, Moldova, Andorra, San Marino, Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

The difference is in the price and delivery time. To give a clear picture, see a map from UPS with delivery times below (note, this is an indication, which is usually correct).

Reserve or add to previous order
If you would like to reserve parts, please choose:  add to next order (reserve)
If you want to add parts to your unshipped order, please choose:  add to previous order
Use this option only if you have  open orders.
For UPS until  15:30h , DHL until 17:00h   and for PostNL latest  18:00h (on Saturdays 16:30h ).

Returns

For deliveries, we make a distinction between private individuals and business customers (dealers).


Individuals
Are you dissatisfied with the product you purchased or is it not working properly?
Please send an email to: [email protected]

We will try to help you first. Can't figure it out? Then you will receive a return form from us. If a product is delivered defective, we will credit the shipping costs. Please note, if a part has been installed, and then you find out that the product does not work, we unfortunately cannot process your return. If the part no longer works within the warranty period (see warranty page), we can only take it back if it can be returned in its original condition.

If you want to make use of the 14-day right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you may return the part without giving any reason. We would like to ask you to first send an email with your request, so that we can take the return into account. The part must of course be unused.

Business customers
We only accept returns if it is a defect.

 Fill it in digitally and sign it. It is important that you send this with the parts. Please note, if after installation you find out that a part has been delivered defectively, it is unfortunately not possible to return the part. In addition, the right of withdrawal is not applicable for business customers. Also check our warranty period. (see warranty page).
