1) Do you order from outside the Netherlands and do you have a valid VAT number? Then you can pay automatically without VAT. Enter your VAT number during payment and the total amount will be displayed correctly.
2) Do you have a repair company and do you want to qualify for a discount? Contact us and we will check your request!
3) Do you need a part that is not in stock? There are 2 possibilities. 1) It may be that the part for another device is the same (this information is not you on our webshop). 2) The part is actually out of stock. In both cases you can do a number of things:
- Click on the envelope, we will send you an email with which article will fit or what the delivery time may be. The advantage of this is that you automatically receive an email when the part is back in stock.
- Call us (+31702060103) to ask what the status is.
- Mail us ([email protected]) with your question, we will immediately answer if there is a replacement article or what the delivery time is.
We deliberately do not mention delivery times, as you are familiar with us, we are happy to look directly at the current delivery time and give you a fair offer.
