Shipping and Returns
At TouchFix there are a few options for shipments. (Pickup see below)
PostNL (1 day delivery)
We ship with PostNL within the Netherlands and Belgium.
If your order is confirmed on working days (Mo-Fr) before 18.30h (CET), we will ship it the same day.
You will receive a track & trace confirmation almost immediately.
The shipping costs are €8 incl. VAT for orders below € 600 incl. VAT in the Netherlands and Belgium.
Above 600 euros incl. VAT, there are no shipping costs in the Netherlands and Belgium.
UPS (1 day delivery, Netherlands only)
As an extra option, you can choose UPS as the shipping method for those who do not want to have their package sent with PostNL. Orders must be made before 3.30 pm!
The shipping costs are € 6.50 incl. VAT, for orders under 400 euros incl. VAT. Above 400 euros incl. VAT, there are no shipping costs.
For all other countries we always ship with UPS and always charge shipping costs.

UPS Express Saver (~ 1-2 days delivery time)
Luxembourg, Germany, UK, Ireland, Austria, Spain, France, Greece, Italy, Portugal, Denmark, Monaco, Finland, Sweden, Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Cyprus, Malta, Albania, Belarus, Moldova: € 20.00 excl. VAT
Andorra, San Marino, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway: € 30.00 excl. VAT
The order has to be confirmed before 15:30h (CET) to be sent on the same day.
Of course, you can also pick up your order in our store. When shipping choose pick up and your order is immediately ready. You can pick it up at our address: Klopperman 16, 2292JD Wateringen.

For deliveries, we make a distinction between private individuals and business customers (dealers).
Are you dissatisfied with the product you have purchased or is it not working properly?
Firstly send us an email: [email protected]
We will first try to help you. Can't we figure it out? Then you will receive a return form from us. If a product is delivered defective, we will credit the shipping costs. Please note, if a part is installed, and afterwards you will find out that the product does not work, we cannot process your return. If the part no longer works within the warranty period (see warranty page), we can only take it back if it can be returned in its original state.
If you want to use the right of withdrawal in 14 days, you are responsible for the shipping costs. If you use the right of withdrawal, you may return the item without giving a reason. We would like to ask you first to send an email with your request, so that we can take the return into account. The part may not be used.
Business customers (dealers)
We only accept returns if the part is faulty. Download here the returnform. Fill it in digitally and sign it. It is important that you send this with the parts. Please note, if after installation you find out that a part has been delivered defectively, it is unfortunately not possible to return the part. In addition, the right of withdrawal is not applicable for business customers. Also check our warranty period. (see warranty page).
